Excellent news for the i247 Group as they see impressive levels of growth in the last 12 months



Dorset’s largest family run Contact Centre have recently embraced impressive business growth over the last 12 months.

Operational 24/7 365 days a year, supporting calls for over 1 million vehicles in the Automotive industry they provide fully outsourced, fully managed solutions for driver support, fleet administration and online/connected car, keeping vehicles and drivers on the road for longer.

The extension of their portfolio of online solutions has allowed them to keep up with the increasingly prominent needs of Mobility as a Service and Connected Car in the industry.

The Group are continuing to develop many sophisticated and intelligent products from systems that enable dealerships, leasing companies, manufacturer and fleet management organisations to take back control from service providers to apps that revolutionise business mobility and digitise driver support.

Many of the Group’s clients have decided to take advantage of the new service offerings because of the ever-increasing demands placed on them by drivers and fleet solutions becoming more complex.

The Group are also currently working alongside new customers for Service Booking, Tyre Management, Out of Hours and MOT Management activities.

The increase in activities coupled with a strategy that is focused on building for the future nationally and locally has since allowed the Group to grow significantly to over 130 staff. Across the business they have seen a number of new appointments with new Web Developers, IT Infrastructure, a Sales and Marketing team, Finance & HR support, a new Data Admin Team and a strong new army of Contact Centre Agents.

As far as the Group are concerned the only way is up.
