I247 Group are a Fleet Service Partner that specialises in providing outsourced contact managed services to Fleet and Leasing organisations.


How do we receive and process your information?


Our services assist Leasing and Fleet Management organisations with the administration of their driver & vehicle safety programs. We often work on the behalf of our customers as a service partner and therefore in order to provide our services we require access to vehicle and sometimes basic contact information to communicate with drivers about their vehicle services e.g. to arrange for periodic maintenance and repairs, to update drivers on the progress of a job or to advise them when the vehicle is ready to be collected etc. The data we process is in relation to the vehicle management services we provide to the driver, to their employer if they have a company car and the leasing / fleet management partner the vehicle is funded by or maintained with.


There are a variety of ways in which we come into the possession of personal information, such as when you visit our website, interact with us or when you contact us directly.


The Group is responsible for any information collected from you via this website. Our associated brands; itms247™, Yoursay247™ and Activate247™ may also have access to your information in order to manage that information and to provide you with information and services requested by you. We are responsible for ensuring compliance with this privacy policy.


We may analyse your information for research - to improve the quality of the site and goods and services, for example. We may also send you marketing information about Group products and services, but only as permitted by law or as requested by you.


We also create, import, capture, retain, maintain and export to Group customers transactional information as a direct result of an authorisation to supply, by a Group customer (or the Group as the Customer’s appointed representative), to an accredited supplier of the customer, or from the Group directly in instances where direct account arrangements are in place as at the date of transaction.


In some cases we may have to pass information on if your vehicle is leased or maintained by one of our customers' e.g. to notify them when a vehicle MoT has been completed or to pass on your details when you have called us directly about an issue but relates to a different service or department.

We have a committed security policy.  We implement a number of security measures to ensure the safety of any information in our possession or control. The information is contained on a secure server, which is accessible only by a limited number of employees who have limited access rights to such information.


In addition, we have security procedures in place to protect our customer databases from loss and misuse, and only allow access to it when absolutely necessary, and then under strict guidelines as to what use may be made of the information contained within it.Our customer databases are contained on secure servers protected by C-O-M-O-D-O® security.

5. How Will We Use Your Information?
