This is achieved by approaching 'planned downtime' proactively managing from the outset your customers fleets and driver availability and delivery / collection requirements alongside your network’s capabilities. We also ensure all vehicles current and upcoming requirements are captured correctly preventing the need for another ‘downtime’ event in the weeks ahead. Additionally, we identify vehicle specific constraints and obligations such as auxiliary equipment and ensure we place to a garage that has the appropriate equipment and capabilities to undertake the vehicle booking requirements 1st time.

Our up-time solution also leverages integration links with Telematics & Breakdown Feeds offering both a preventative maintenance and proactive solution being supported. The combination of our Up-time solution features allows fleets to save time and money without you needing additional headcount to deliver it.

Through our vehicle progressing module one of our large leasing companies has been able to drive their OSAT score and monitor the performance of their approved network through us simply contacting the garage on the day of the service to ensure everything is running to plan and where not alerting the driver but also ensuring they stay mobile and are inconvenienced as little as possible.


A renowned leasing company with a large customer base of critical use LCV’s has opted for the VOR module and together we are working on minimising downtime and maximising manufacture VOR support to keep their customers fleet and their drivers on the road.


A large fleet explored how a proactive approach to booking their drivers in for scheduled work (servicing and tyres) can be aligned to their drivers work schedules to ensure skilled colleagues are kept mobile in line with their business needs.
