Terms and conditions

  1. ​This offer is available to NHS workers based within the Dorset region only.

  2. You will be asked to show your NHS ID upon arranging a service to prove you’re an NHS worker and eligible for this service.

  3. Associate service partners, garages and fitters labour rates and any parts supplied to repair your vehicle must be paid for. e.g. a new battery or new tyre

  4. This is a time limited offer which:

    • makes free breakdown assistance available (at home or at the roadside), to NHS workers who break down on the way to or from work

      • This discretionary service is not AA Membership: service users do not become AA Members, do not hold any AA Membership breakdown cover entitlements including, without restriction, any onward travel benefits or parts/garage labour cover and do not have access to AA member benefits.​

      • If you put the wrong fuel in your car this isn't covered as part of the offer. Fuel Assist can help and can be contacted 24/7 on 0808 271 6693.

    • provides access to offers during the time limited period only 

  5. We’ll assist with anything, as long as it's less than 3.5 tonnes (3,500kg) and no wider than 8ft 3in (2.55m).
